New Project: Apple Blossom Calendar

There's something magical about apple blossoms that I just had to capture! These delicate spring flowers have such a fleeting beauty – they're here one day and scattered by the wind the next. I loved working with soft pinks and whites to bring out that gentle, dreamy quality they have.

This piece was all about finding the sweet spot between realistic botanical detail and a more painterly, artistic feel. I'm always drawn to those quiet moments in nature that make you stop and appreciate the small things, and apple blossoms are perfect for that.

The end goal for these little blossoms is a back-to-school calendar for late summer, before we get to the fun Autumn palettes!
